Access to virtual care from the office when deemed appropriate. This can be through secure text messaging, emails, or video chat appointments. No additional copays are collected for such care, same as for office visits.
Preventive care visits. (Includes recommended health and developmental screenings).
Chronic care management (example: asthma management) without additional copays.
Urgent/sick care visits without additional copays.
Newborn care after hospital discharge.
Sports physicals.
Pre-operative clearance.
Mental health screening and referrals as needed. These are already a routine part of preventive care, but this can also be done during other types of visits if patients have any concerns at that time.
Discounts on many commonly ordered laboratory tests. (Prices for specific tests can be made available upon request.)
After-hours access for urgent questions or concerns via text/phone calls.
Requests for completion of simple routine paperwork, simple telephone calls, or other basic communications will typically not incur additional charges unless the potential for an extra charge is disclosed by the office for non-routine items prior to starting to work on a request.
Free educational group sessions once or twice per month, starting in the summer of 2024. Group discussion event times and locations will USUALLY be posted on the member-access calendar AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance (ideally 3 weeks in advance) so members may RSVP.
